Damaged or Defective Items
We are all human and all make mistakes from time to time. The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged or defective item. If it arrives to you damaged or defective in any way, please get in touch with us within a week's time. Our fulfillment centers require images of any damaged or defective items, in order for the re-fulfillment process to begin. If it's determined the item is damaged or defective as a result of an error on our end, we will expedite a reshipment of the corrected item at no charge to the customer.
Please pay careful attention to sizing charts on product pages, and any notes regarding how the sizes run. We carry a wide range of brands, and as such, sometimes items run small or large. We will indicate this in our product descriptions, but the safest way to ensure you're getting the size you require, is to compare a similar, well-fitting garment you currently own, to the sizing chart of the item you're interested in. Doing so will help ensure you'll receive exactly what you're expecting.
All that said, if you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size you ordered. If that checks out, then proceed to compare the measurements of your garment to the corresponding size chart. Though extremely rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. If you're sure that's the case, get in touch with us, and we'll let you know what your next steps are.
Our Policy in a Nutshell
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. It’s important to note that all of our products are made-to-order specifically for each customer. In cases where a customer would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, that would be handled at the customer's expense by placing a new order.
Please never return an item to us, unless we specifically request you to do so. If an item is returned to our facility, we will contact you regarding the return. We will ship the return back to you; however, you will be responsible for the shipping cost a second time. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

As previously mentioned, all of our products are made-to-order specifically for each customer, so be sure to add fulfillment and of course shipping times to any order.
