Where Do You Ship To?

Currently we only ship to the continental United States. We plan to ship worldwide in the very near future.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer various shipping methods to suit most budgets and timeframes. To see our current options, use the SHIPPING dropdown menu during your purchasing process (note: you can see these BEFORE you place an order).

What Does Shipping Cost?

It depends on the shipping destination and the method of shipping you select. To get an accurate rate, simply add items to your cart, enter your address, and select your method of shipping.

It's worth noting that as a general rule, you save a lot on shipping when you order multiple products. For example a T-shirt may cost 3 dollars to ship one, but each shirt thereafter may only cost 50 cents (Note: These are not current rates, and are just meant for an example of how you can save on shipping by purchasing multiple products).

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Shipping speed depends on the product type and destination. It’s worth noting that our products are made-to-order specifically for you. It takes about 2-7 business days to process and produce apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. NOTE: Please allow for up to 3 extra business days for customized products.

ALSO NOTE: Although rare, occasionally our suppliers run out of stock of a particular item, after an order has been placed. In this event they automatically restock the item, which usually adds to the estimated times above (not substantially). In this rare event, we will contact you and let you know the revised delivery window, which you could either accept, or we could issue a full refund for the item that's out of stock.

Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link (if you don't check your JUNK/SPAM mailbox). Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.

What Is Your Wrong Size Policy?

Please pay very close attention to sizing charts on product pages, and also any description notes regarding how the sizes may run. We use multiple, well-known brands, and they all run a little different. Your best bet of insuring you will like the fit of a particular item, is to find a comparable article of clothing you already own, and measure it to compare with the product's size chart.

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the its corresponding sizing chart. Though extremely rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. In that case let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

If, however, you're unhappy with the size you've received, you confirm it’s the size you ordered, and its measurements match up with its corresponding size chart, it would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.

What Is Your Return Policy?

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, please send us a message within 3 days of receipt, and we'll get you sorted out. Please provide as much detail as you can.

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. However, it’s important to note that all of our products are made-to-order, and in cases where a customer would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, it would be handled at the customer's expense by placing a new order. Please do not ship anything back to us, unless your receive a request from us to do so. If you do, we will ship the return back to you; however, you will be responsible for the shipping cost a second time. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. All requested returned items must be unused and unwashed.





How Long Does It Take To Receive A Refund?

Our checkout follows PCI Compliance — Once we hit the refund button, it automatically triggers an API call to the customer's credit card company. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 days to appear on your credit card statement, and this is perfectly normal. It's important to note it is your bank that is processing the refund. On the very slow side of things it could even take up to 10 days, and depending on the bank you use, this too may be perfectly normal.
