Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. However, it’s important to note that all of our products are made-to-order, and in cases where a customer would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, it would be handled at the customer's expense by placing a new order. Please do not ship anything back to us, unless your receive a request from us to do so. If you do, we will ship the return back to you; however, you will be responsible for the shipping cost a second time. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. All requested returned items must be unused and unwashed.
ALSO NOTE: Although rare, occasionally our suppliers run out of stock of a particular item, after an order has been placed. In this event they automatically restock the item, which usually adds to the estimated times above (not substantially). In this rare event, we will contact you and let you know the revised delivery window, which you could either accept, or we could issue a full refund for the item that's out of stock.
